While LSY Inc tends to do its greatest to confirm that product descriptions on this website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified without LSY Inc. being held accountable for such inaccuracies or errors.
RESOLVING YOUR CONCERNS
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. Basically, promotion codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Orders to LSY Inc. must be submitted by the following method via the website www.lsybeauty.com. Please ensure that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully, and check that the details on the order and in these Terms and Conditions are completely accurate before you sign and/or submit your order. If you think that there is a mistake, please contact Customer Service to discuss. They will confirm any changes in writing to avoid any discrepancy between you and us. When sign and/or submit your order on this website, this does not mean LSY has to accept your order for goods. These Terms and Conditions will become binding on you and us when we issue you with a written acceptance of an order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. You can change your order information within 24 hours after you place an order. Please contact LSY Inc via e-mail email@example.com, customer service staff will help you modify the order information. After 24 hours, we have to confirm whether the product has been shipped. If it was not shipped out, the stuff could help change the order information, if it had been sent out, it is suggested you receive the previous product, and contact to customer service to exchange it, or the product was sent to the wrong address, etc. you should be responsible for the wrong order.
Limitations of Supply of Goods.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we cannot always guarantee the availability of goods as set out on our site. We will inform you by e-mail shortly as doable if the products you have ordered are not available and we will not process your Order if created. If you have already paid for the goods, we are going to refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
Please note that timescales for delivery and delivery charges can vary depending on the supply of the products and your address. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date and you will be notified once the goods have been sent. Delivery of an order shall be completed after we deliver the goods to the address you gave. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note that the goods are come back to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery. The goods are going to be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You are supposed to pay the shipping fee for reshipping. If for a refund, please contact the service center to deal with your order.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30 days warranty from the date you receive the items. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your items or you made a mistake in your order, you may simply return them in original, merchantable condition for once store credit exchange. (Excluding the shipping fee. It is not refundable) Or once exchange at no cost. (Exchange for equal or lesser value product items) LSY Inc. will not refund the favorable balance if the exchange pair is of lesser value than the item returned; excluding the shipping fee) Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-receipt to be charged to the consumers for all fees. Any custom-made items must be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to contact the customer service center for the return address.
