Return & Refund

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns

We always strive to make sure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the hair weave bundles/wigs you've purchased, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions: 

◇ To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior communication.  Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

◇ Return Time Frame: We accept the return on unopened hair extensions/wigs within 30 days of the date that you receive your hair weaving/wigs.

◇ Product should be unused and in its original condition; If the product you are trying to return is received in any other condition, it will be returned to you in the same method as your original order at your expense.

◇ All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

◇ BTW, we recommend that you send your return with a tracking option (tracking information and delivery confirmation), because LsyBeauty Hair will not be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. PS: No refunds are permitted for used/open hair.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lsybeauty.com.
